Prince Narula Opens Up About Anxiety Battle: Was Taking 18 Tablets A Day

Speaking on Double Date, the reality television star shared that his condition had become so serious at one stage that he was consuming as many as 18 tablets every day while dealing with palpitations, night fear, weight gain and other medical issues.

Prince Narula has opened up about one of the most challenging periods of his life, revealing that he battled severe anxiety, multiple health complications and emotional struggles that also took a toll on his marriage with wife Yuvika Chaudhary.

Speaking on Double Date, the reality television star shared that his condition had become so serious at one stage that he was consuming as many as 18 tablets every day while dealing with palpitations, night fear, weight gain and other medical issues.

“There was a time when I was taking 18 tablets a day. I had palpitations, night fear, weight gain, and several medical problems. It was one of the toughest phases of my life”, he said.

Reflecting on what helped him cope during the difficult period, Prince said music became a source of comfort and emotional relief.

“Music helped me a lot. It gave me peace when I was struggling.”

He also acknowledged the unwavering support of his wife, saying Yuvika remained by his side throughout his recovery.

“She stood by me when things were really difficult”.

Prince also spoke candidly about the challenges his marriage faced during that phase, explaining that both he and Yuvika were emotionally drained and even contemplated separating.

“Neither Yuvika was wrong, nor was I. We were both not in the right headspace.”

According to Prince, the birth of their daughter transformed their relationship and helped them rebuild their bond.

“After having a baby, life has completely changed. Now we don’t even fight with each other. And even if we do, it gets resolved just by looking at our daughter.”

Prince rose to prominence through reality television and later ventured into fiction shows. Over the years, he has won MTV Roadies 12, MTV Splitsvilla 8, Bigg Boss 9 and Nach Baliye 9. He has also portrayed wrestler Lakhan “Lucky” Singh Ahlawat in Badho Bahu and Shahnawaz “Shaan” Ali in Naagin 3.
