The study was done between March 2020 and February 2021 by London-based market research major Euromonitor International and PepsiCo India through its brand Quaker. Covid-19 pandemic exacerbated food insecurity: Study
"Food security is not only about putting calories into our bodies, but also what we eat -- and it is calorie-dense, nutrient-poor foods that are typically cheap and affordable.
