Popular TV actress Jennifer Winget feels that a fantastic conversation is the most important thing in making a long-lasting impression on a date.
Talking about her strategy to impress a person during a date, Jennifer informed IANS, "By having a very interesting conversation."
The actress was recently spotted at the Magnum lounge during the current Lakmé Fashion Week, where she spoke frankly about her own fashion life, including some of the largest fashion faux pas that she has ever committed.
Looking back at her earlier blunders, Jennifer conceded, "So many of them. Early in my career, I was clueless about what I was doing with my make-up, with my clothing. I was just kind of. that's how you learn, right? I don't recall one outfit that stands out in my mind, but man, I've made mistakes."
Referring to how her style evolved over time, she mentioned that her fashion sense changed quite a bit throughout the years.
"I didn't really have that much style, but I think you learn and watch over a period of years, and I think now I'm into sustainable chic, and I try to keep it as minimalistic as possible," Jennifer revealed.
A self-described fashion buff of all things retro, the actress made clear that she keeps her off-screen style distinct from what she wears for her roles.
"When I'm acting, it's the character's dress, not Jennifer's dress. If I'm acting like a lawyer, I must dress like a lawyer, but I don't dress that way in life. Though, you know, sometimes they happen to be similar, but mostly they're quite different from one another," she clarified.
Jennifer Winget, who is one of the best-paid Indian television actresses, started as a child artist for her entry into the 1995 film Akele Hum Akele Tum. She moved to television with her entry in Shaka Laka Boom Boom in 2002 and made a huge success with her performances in Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Sangam, and Dill Mill Gayye.
Her professional life took off with critically praised performances as Kumud Sundari Desai in Saraswatichandra, mysterious Maya Mehrotra in the psychological thriller Beyhadh, and Zoya Siddiqui in the romantic drama Bepannah.
