Asked about how she takes care of her hair and skin, Alia gave pointers on her routine.

I do a regular skin care-cleansing, moisturizing, and sun protection. Drinking plenty of water is also part of my daily regimen. If I am not shooting, I prefer to stay sans makeup just to give my skin some breathing space. And of course, to keep my hair healthy, it gets a break from all heat tools and products whenever possible," she says over the phone-the pretty actress, who will be next seen in "Jigra".

She added, "It's really a mix of balanced diet, workout, my skin and hair care routine, good sleep but most importantly-just listening to my body."
For Alia, experimenting with hair is a big part.

For me, playing with my hair is a huge part of playing different roles and looking different. It's incredible how something as basic as a new hair colour or hairdo can change your whole look and bring such diverse energy to the performance," said Alia, who has been onboarded as the global brand ambassador for L'Oréal Paris.

A look back into her adventurous journey of Hindi cinema makes Alia feel thankful.

"In the last 12 years, I have been fortunate enough to work with some of the best in the country - directors, production houses, and actors. Each assignment that came my way has been a reason to feel thankful because I have got to live many characters which were quite different from each other," she shared.
