Defence Ministry approves Rs 498.8 cr for startups, innovation

Defence Secretary Ajay Kumar said that the step is a big boost to startups in defence. He stated that the approval will give a big boost to become self reliant in the defence manufacturing sector. In 2018, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) had introduced the "Innovations for Defence Excellence" (iDEX) initiative.

Nusrat's cryptic social media post came on the same day when she issued a statement claiming that her marriage to businessman Nikhil Jain was not valid in India and it was only a live-in relationship.
Covid TPR in Kerala still high as 16,204 new cases registered

A statement issued here by Vijayan said there were 1,39,064 active cases on Wednesday, while 20,237 people turned negative, taking the total number of cured people in the state to 25,24,248. Another 156 deaths were recorded, taking the total death tally to 10,437. Across the state, 5,92,079 people were under observation at various places, including 32,396 people at hospitals.
Delhi reports 337 new Covid cases, 36 deaths

This is the second straight day that the national capital has witnessed a slight surge in daily cases. Delhi had reported 231 new cases on Monday, the lowest since March 2, which increased to 316 on Tuesday. The daily test positivity rate stood at 0.46 per cent on Wednesday. The national capital presently has 4,511 active cases, of which 1,555 are in home isolation.

In a letter to the ministry, the company has said that it remains committed to serving the people of India by providing a platform to facilitate public conversation in the country. Twitter noted that as per the new guidelines, it has appointed a Nodal Contact Person and a Resident Grievance Office on a contractual basis, and the company is making recruitments to fill the positions on a permanent basis.
