'India stands with Austria' says PM Modi on Vienna shooting

In a recent shooting that took place at the Austrian capital and which has been named as terrorist activity, killed 4 and left another bunch of people severely injured.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to his Twitter on Tuesday to condemn the shootings witnessed in multiple locations in Vienna as he wrote: “India stands with Austria during this tragic time”. 

"Deeply shocked and saddened by the dastardly terror attacks in Vienna. India stands with Austria during this tragic time. My thoughts are with the victims and their families," the Prime Minister said in a tweet.

After the recent French-Islamic revelation, at least three people were killed, including a gunman, and 14 others were injured in the alleged terrorist shootings that took place on Monday evening at Vienna, hours before a nationwide lockdown was scheduled to come into force to stem the spread of the novel coronavirus.
