Captioning it, Radhika revealed her love and gratitude, saying, "Happy birthday to the man with the big hand. We love you and we are very lucky to have you #birthdayboy #favoriteperson #boxingbuds."

She hit the headlines a while back after sharing a genuine moment at the British Academy Film Awards, during which she was snapped pumping breast milk.

In an Instagram post, the 'Phobia' actress captioned, "And now my BAFTAs reality #breastfeeding #postpartum #breastpump I owe a big thanks to Natasha @tashtash07 for being able to facilitate me going to the BAFTAs. She planned the schedule around my breast pumping sessions.". She not only accompanied me to the washroom to express milk but more importantly brought me champagne in the loo. It’s hard as is to be a new mum and work, this level of care and sensitivity is rare in our film industry and much appreciated. #baftas2025 #sistermidnight #postpartum.”

Her tweet evoked divided opinions on social media. Numerous supporters praised her attempt to de-stigmatize breastfeeding and pumping, and at the same time, they raised concern about there not being appropriate facilities for mothers. Others felt let down that, despite improvement, women such as Radhika still experience issues like needing to pump in toilets, underlining the stigma that exists.
