Pop icon Madonna has a stunning new piece of jewelry, and she's not afraid to flaunt it. The 66-year-old music legend recently participated in a popular TikTok challenge, posting a brief clip that has been making waves among fans.

In the video, Madonna lip-synced to popular audio of That Mexican OT's song Hardest Ese Ever before pointing out to her mouth, showing her beautiful lapis-and-diamond grills, according to People magazine.

Even without adding a caption to the post, fans were quick to post their reactions in the comments. A TikTok fan was amazed and wrote, "Damn Madonna????? You didn't need to stunt this hard??" Another said, "That clearly costs more than my car." Someone else joked, "I never thought I'd see Madonna do a trend with a Mexican OT song—the future really is now."

The Material Girl artist's not the first time to showcase her grills, per People. Last August 2022, she unveiled them while a guest on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

As Madonna answered questions in the interview, she bared that she herself created the accessory as her special birthday item at age 64, and that she names them her "birthday grills.

The jewelry in her most recent TikTok post also seems to be the same set that she has already shown us on The Tonight Show.

She also told Fallon that her grills frequently elicit negative reactions. "People don't like my grills, and I don't know why," she asserted. Fallon shot back, "Why? You have been wearing them for a while," to which Madonna responded, "Decades." She added, "I just like the way it looks—it's mouth jewelry, and I have really ugly teeth."

Her love for grills is not new. Almost a decade ago, in August 2013, she was seen in Rome wearing a gold grill weighed down by 24 diamonds outlining her top teeth, according to The New York Post.

But as the Hung Up singer noted, her love of mouth jewelry goes back even further. In the 1990s, she could be seen sporting a gold front tooth frequently, showing that this has been a trademark element of her look for years.
