Hollywood actress and multi-talent Kate Hudson is greeting warmer days with flair and a dash of fun. The singer-actress posted a sunny selfie on Instagram last week, providing a glimpse of her relaxed poolside style—and also requesting skincare tips.
Captioning her picture with humor and a touch of self-deprecation, Hudson captioned, "Spring and Side b** Two things I love to get behind (Searching for best pure and natural, without white cast, sunscreen. Any suggestions?)"*, according to People magazine.
The picture featured Hudson lounging outside in a glamorous white one-piece swimsuit. The swimsuit had a cheeky plunging neckline and minimal coverage at the sides and back—ideal for a little sun and "side b***," as she cheekily referred to it. Accompanied by a wine glass and canned beverage seen on a table next to her, Hudson topped off the look with oversized shades and a trendy straw hat.
Among those commenting on the post was her brother, actor Oliver Hudson of The Cleaning Lady, who playfully chastised her in the comments: "Tone it down Hudson! There are children here. Once again inappropriate." Actress Kerry Washington also commented with an excited, "HOT!!!!!"
Earlier this year, on February 13, Hudson made heads turn once again at the Los Angeles premiere of her new Netflix comedy series Running Point. For the event, she wore a striking satin gown by Roberto Cavalli couture. The champagne-colored gown had a square neckline, ruched details, and double thigh-high slits, creating a dramatic entrance.
Hudson accessorized the gown with statement jewels, such as a silver diamond necklace that featured a pink central gemstone, providing a splash of contrast. Her hair was done by Lona Vigi for Joico, and she wore her makeup light and glowing with a soft smokey eye and a nude lip.
During a recent interview with her Running Point co-star Mindy Kaling, Hudson joked that her brother Oliver is "still mad" he didn't get a part in the sports comedy series, adding a dash of sibling rivalry to the glamour.
