Nothing beats the straight talk of actress Ulka Gupta as she describes what she wants in her ideal partner. She wants him to be just like the one in the show: 'Main Hoon Saath Tere'. As Janvi in the series, Ulka likes practicality and sensitivity; staunch supporters could be found in none other than Aryaman, played by Karan Vohra.
Sharing her views, Ulka said, "If I think as to what matters to me in a life partner, his character has to be kind, polite, intelligent, communicative, and emotionally open." She confessed that Aryaman possessed all these qualities she admired in a person and much more.
"He not only personifies these qualities but also knows how to support his partner both emotionally and professionally," Ulka added.
She believes it is an in-built package deal of attributes that make for a strong relation, and thus she hopes to have in her life partner all those qualities in the future which Aryaman brings out to be the best in Janvi's life on screen and enhance the journey together.
The current show going on in Zee TV is 'Main Hoon Saath Tere' where Ulka Gupta can be seen. To her credit, she has some memorable performances in television serials like 'Resham Dankh', 'Saat Phere-Saloni Ka Safar', and the brilliant portrayal of Manu as the legendary queen Rani Lakshmi Bai was very well received in 'Ek Veer Stree Ki Kahaani-Jhansi Ki Rani'.
Ulka has also done some varied series like 'Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micholi', 'Devon Ke Dev. Mahadev', 'Banni Chow Home Delivery', and recently, 'Dhruv Tara-Samay Sadi Se Pare'. She is currently doing a web series called 'Modern Love Hyderabad'.
