Tiger Shroff Reveals His Workout Regimen for 'Rambo' Transformation

Actor Tiger Shroff has discussed his preparation for the upcoming movie 'Rambo', revealing the need to gain weight specifically in muscle mass rather than fat for his role in the action-packed film.

During the show, Tiger provided glimpses into his workout regimen and diet plan, shedding light on the physical transformation required for his role. He mentioned, "My next film 'Rambo' requires me to put on a little weight, but not fat weight, muscle weight. Oh, well, in the words of my director Rohit Dhawan and my producer Sidharth Anand, they want me to look like a silverback gorilla."
 

He emphasized the importance of maintaining a balance between agility and strength, stating, "The idea is to just stay in sort of a comfortable space where I can move my body well and also possess a significant amount of strength."
