After her statements, crime branch officials said that they will analyse the case and contact her further if required.

Raj Kundra has found himself amidst a big ruckus that involves the illegal production of pornographic content. However, this is not the first time that the businessman is facing this kind of scrutiny for his work. A case was filed in Mumbai in 2020 for allegedly operating an illegal porn production racket, following which he was acquitted by a Mumbai court.

This case took off again this year in February after a raid by a property cell of the crime branch raided a bungalow in Madh, Malvani, while shooting of a film was underway.

After this, many actors came out and alleged that Kundra and his associates were luring aspiring actors by promising them good roles in web series. Instead of giving them roles as promised, Kundra made them perform nude and semi-nude roles.

A probe went underway soon. During the probe, it was revealed that the office of Viaan industries in Andheri was allegedly being used in the production and distribution of adult content, which was then sent to a UK-based company, Kenrin, and was uploaded on an application ‘Hotshots’.
