According to a report by Zapkey.com, Raj has transferred property worth 38.5 crores to Shilpa Shetty. Transfer paper accessed by the web portal says that a total of 5 flats in the building named Ocean View located in Juhu has been transferred by Raj to his wife. Raj was last seen at the party of sister-in-law Shamita Shetty’s birthday bash where he met Rakhi Sawant who called him brother.

Raj Kundra is under custody in a pornography racket case. He is being investigated for his connection to applications that created content that has been alleged to be pornographic in nature. Raj, in his defence, has reportedly said that it is simply adult content.

Shilpa Shetty tried her level best to keep her personal life private but the rumors somehow found their way to the public. Recently, a report by Bollywood Hungama has surfaced that suggests Shilpa Shetty is planning her life ahead with her two children away from Raj Kundra. Bollywood Hungama quoted one of the actor’s close friends as saying that Shilpa had no udea that expensive gifts from Raj came from "nefarious" resources.

Amid the ongoing Raj Kundra case, actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra took to her social media saying that neither she nor her family deserved media trial. The actress said she will not comment on the case as it is subjudice and also requested the media for some privacy saying the past few days have been challenging for her "on every front".

He said: "I, Umesh Kamat an actor by profession, have been unnecessarily dragged in the controversy concerning businessman Mr. Raj Kundra, due to the lack of due diligence by news channels/media platforms." "Mr. Raj Kundra and his associate Mr. Umesh Kamat, who co-incidentally shares my name have been accused of allegedly producing and creating pornographic content.

During a house search on Friday, Raj Kundra was taken to his Juhu house in Mumbai where he met his wife and actress Shilpa Shetty. After a hefty fallout between the couple, the officials went on to record Shilpa’s statement, following which she broke down, the Free Press Journal reported quoting  Mumbai crime branch officials.

After a court hearing on Friday, the Crime Branch team raided the Juhu residence of Shilpa and Raj. The investigative team is looking for money trail and corresponding emails, which will incriminate the accused and his alleged involvement in pornographic content.

The actress took to Instagram to urge netizens to watch the film, which was released digitally on Friday. She said 'Hungama 2' was the outcome of the "relentless efforts of an entire team" and that the film "shouldn't suffer". The film has Paresh Rawal and Shetty playing the principal characters. "I believe in and practise the teachings of Yoga. The only place where life exists is the present moment, NOW," the actress stated in her Instagram post.
