Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor posted a sun-kissed photo with himself sporting a rugged look.
Shahid took to his Instagram stories section, where he shared a selfie of himself. In the photo, the actor can be seen wearing grey woolens and sunglasses. The actor is seen sporting a scruffy look with a beard and looks into the camera with an intense gaze.
For the caption, he penned: "Whatever however but blue skies always smiling at you."
The actor has selected the song "Blue Skies" by Ella Fitzgerald for the background score for the still.
Meanwhile, the actor will next be seen enacting the character of gangster Hussain Ustara in Vishal Bhardwaj's upcoming film. Shahid has reportedly undergone rigorous training to get into the skin of the character.
The gangster was a layered personality, defined by his ruthless exterior but driven by personal codes of loyalty and honour," said a source close to the development.
He will play a don inspired by Hussain Ustara in the thriller, which also stars Triptii Dimri.
The 43-year-old actor was last seen in the romantic comedy ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’ with Kriti Sanon. In the film, Shahid played a robot scientist who develops feelings for Sanon’s character, a female robot.
Shahid is a passionate social media user and keeps posting pictures and videos of himself. Last month he posted a picture of himself from the sea side. In the photo the actor was shirtless and was seen wearing sunglasses as he struck a pose for the selfie.
For the caption, he wrote: "Sweat sun sea."
Next will be an action thriller, "Deva", for Rosshan Andrrews, also starring Pooja Hegde. Plot : An excellent police officer turned renegade stumbles into an all-wrong affair by an underworld that runs far too close to the upper levels.
