Salman Khan: Returning with 'Bigg Boss 18' Feels Like Coming Home to a Grand Legacy

The promo includes an intriguing twist and Salman guarantees that Bigg Boss will know in advance what futures the contestants are in for, and contestants will race against the clock.

Salman Khan has talked about the show. "Coming back to 'Bigg Boss' for its 18th season feels like coming home, the grand legacy we've built together over the years. With each season, we rewrite the definition of entertainment, and this year is no different. With a theme of 'Time ka Tandav'. Bigg Boss isn't just keeping an eye on the present — he's peeking into the future of the housemates.".

He further added, "Get ready to ride along with the very interesting journey of our housemates competing with time as well. Each of their decisions would create a different wave throughout the past, present, and the future. Bigg Boss dekhenge ghar walon ka kal, and trust me, you won't like to miss a minute.".

Last season, it was also comedian-singer Munawar Faruqui who was crowned the winner of the comedy series, in which he was a part after winning Colors TV and JioCinema. From Anchita Lokhande, Arun Srikanth Mashettety, Mannara Chopra, and Abhishek Kumar, he moved one step forward and won the grand finale on January 28, 2024. He took away the prize money of Rs 50 lakh and a Hyundai Creta.

The 17th season saw a new addition; 'Just Chill with Arbaaz & Sohail' would air on Sundays, hosted by Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan, who happens to be Salman's brothers.

Like during Season 16 of the show, in the segment Bigg Bulletin with Shekhar Suman, as a part of this segment, the hosts used to address the contestants regarding events that went on during the particular week.

Colors is all set to launch the 18th season of Bigg Boss on 6 October at 9 p.m.
