Actress Rubina Dilaik took to her Instagram handle and shared how making mental health the top priority along with cherishing family wisdom of 2024.
Sharing a string of pictures and videos from a recent getaway, Rubina wrote about her learnings from the year with a twist:
Things I learnt in 2024. Prioritize Mental Health. You can only give what you Have. Nurture your Family, it's the pedestal of your Values. The only person in the world who will stake all for you is your Partner; Respect him and always choose him.
"Parents are ageing Fast, let go of arguments soon and spend more time with them. Above pictures have no relevance with 'Things I learnt in 2024' and yet you read the entire caption, my point, Never spend your energy on proving 'How relevant you are'……"
She added: "Was it relevant to you?"
In her personal life, on 21 June 2018, she married her longtime boyfriend, Abhinav Shukla, an actor. The news that they were divorcing was relayed on "Bigg Boss 14," but later on, the couple revealed that it was a lie and they had made a plan. In 2023, it was revealed that they are blessed with twin daughters named Jeeva and Edhaa.
She stepped professionally with "Chotti Bahu." Rubina has worked in many other television shows like "Saas Bina Sasural," "Punar Vivah – Ek Nayi Umeed," "Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev," "Jeannie Aur Juju," and "Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki." She was also seen in two reality shows, "Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 12" and "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10." In 2022, she made her screen debut in "Ardh," which starred Rajpal Yadav and Hiten Tejwani.
