Priyanka Chopra Says She's 'So Proud' of Husband Nick Jonas

Indian actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas showed her huge pride in her husband, Nick Jonas, as his Broadway production The Last Five Years opened its shows.

She posted teasers of the special moment on her Instagram stories, such as a black-and-white photo of the stage of the theater with "THE LAST FIVE YEARS" written across the screen, and the lovely interior of the theater in the background.

Priyanka's emotional post said: "So proud of you @nickjonas performances begin tonight!! @Thelastfiveyears," highlighting her enthusiasm and encouragement. She further shared a headshot of the Playbill for the show, with a cover photograph of Nick Jonas and Adrienne Warren in a cozy embrace. The Playbill was for the Hudson Theatre where the show is being performed.

In another tweet, Priyanka posted a picture of the stage lit with blue lights, with the title of the play written on it. She wrote alongside it "First preview," her excitement and pride for Nick's moment. She also included Nick, Adrienne Warren, and Whitney White in her post.

The Last Five Years is a musical which delves into the emotional state of a relationship in New York City, featuring Nick Jonas in the lead with Tony Award-winner Adrienne Warren.

The official description on the play's website is: "Experience the messy, euphoric, sexy, savage, fleeting rush of falling in and out of love in New York City." The play unfolds in non-linear fashion, with Warren's character starting at the break-up and Jonas' character starting at the first kiss, the two sides of the relationship developing over 90 minutes.

In a sweet, heartwarming occasion, Nick Jonas posted a cute photo on March 18, and it was a display of what it means to be a "girl dad." In the photo, Nick poses sporting all manner of fancy hairpins, with pink and white balloons in the background. He captioned the photo, "Girl dad life," and his fans were thrilled by this lovely display of his domestic life.
