Prime Video Announces March Release for Jake Gyllenhaal's 'Road House'

The official plotline describes the film as "an adrenaline-fueled reimagining of the '80s cult classic," where ex-UFC fighter Dalton, played by Gyllenhaal, takes on the role of a bouncer at a roadhouse in the Florida Keys. However, he soon discovers that this seemingly idyllic paradise is not what it appears to be.

Hollywood star Jake Gyllenhaal's upcoming feature film, "Road House," is set to premiere on the streaming service Prime Video on March 21. Directed by filmmaker Doug Liman, known for blockbuster films such as "The Bourne Identity," "Mr and Mrs Smith," and "Edge of Tomorrow," the movie is a remake of the 1989 cult classic starring Patrick Swayze.

Cannon, Beau Knapp, Darren Barnet, Dominique Columbus, Bob Menery, Catfish Jean, Kevin Carroll, Travis Van Winkle, and Hannah Lanier.

Joel Silver serves as the film's producer, with JJ Hook, Alison Winter, Aaron Auch, and Audie Attar acting as executive producers. Fans can anticipate an action-packed and reimagined version of the beloved classic when "Road House" makes its debut on Prime Video.
