Hollywood star Kevin Hart is confident that his upcoming Netflix project, "Lift," will resonate well with Indian audiences. The actor-comedian, leading the ensemble cast of the film, expressed his enthusiasm for the idea of shooting a heist movie at the Taj Mahal, envisioning it as a great location.
In the Netflix film, a group of professional thieves, led by Hart, is hired by an Interpol agent, played by Gugu Mbatha-Raw, to execute a daring heist of USD 500 million in gold from a passenger plane flying at 40,000 feet.
When asked about a potential location in India, Hart remarked, "Taj Mahal would be great," emphasizing the appeal of a heist set against the backdrop of this iconic monument.
Ursula Corbero, known for her role in "Money Heist" and part of the ensemble cast in "Lift," also echoed Hart's sentiment, suggesting the Taj Mahal as an excellent location for a heist movie.
Gugu Mbatha-Raw, who portrays the Interpol agent orchestrating the heist, expressed her desire to visit India, stating that although she has never been to the country, she has always wanted to experience it.
