Johnny Depp springs a surpise with 'Moon Person' appearance at MTV VMAs 2022
According to Variety, although Johnny Depp wasn't nominated for any awards this year, he has taken home five Moon People in the past -- including awards for best male performance, best villain, global superstar and the generation award. Depp's appearance comes just a few months after his controversial and highly publicised defamation trial against ex-wife Amber Heard.

Nominees throughout the categories include Madonna, who is the most-awarded artiste in VMAs history with 20 wins, Beyonce, Harry Styles, Bad Bunny, Adele and more. According to Variety, performers for the show included Rap icons Eminem, Snoop Dogg, K-pop sensation Blackpink, Bad Bunny, Anitta, Jack Harlow, Kane Brown and others.

"I think that was his way of saying, 'No, you're not going back to treatment because if you do, this will look bad on me," Lovato recalled about the interaction back in 2017, quoted Variety. Less than a year later, she "ended up overdosing."

The clip posted on YouTube also features several scenes where the couple was seen getting intimate with each other. According to People, at one point in the sultry footage, the pair were filmed locking lips while together in a bedroom. "Everyone go watch 'if i want you' by @ddg it's out now you might see a familiar face," the singer and actress wrote in an Instagram post to promote the video.

The actress took to her Instagram to share a few pictures where she goes from all "wiped out" to all "decked up". As a fan came on stage to greet Hrithik, he touched the actor's feet. In a reflex action, Hrithik bent down to touch the fan's feet leaving the netizens pleasantly surprised.
