The movie is about Indian Foreign Services (IFS) and the major portion of the shoot is expected to be done in various foreign locations.

Dinesh Vijan shared the news on the official Instagram handle of Maddock Films on Monday morning. The makers also shared a poster of the film featuring the two stars. Titled, "Scam 2003: The Telgi Story", the Scam 2003: The Telgi Story. It has been adapted from the Hindi book 'Reporter ki Diary' authored by journalist Sanjay Singh, who is credited with breaking the story of the scam back in that time.
