Woodstock Film Fest announces slate for its 22nd edition

Panels, concerts, and comedy sets along with film screenings are planned in Woodstock, Kingston, and Saugerties. Neon chief Tom Quinn is slated to receive the festival's Honorary Trailblazer Award.
