The film marks Tiger Baby's first solo production. Earlier, the production house gave hits like Ranveer Singh-starrer 'Gully Boy' and also the Prime Video drama 'Made in Heaven'. However, they were Tiger Baby's co-productions with Excel Entertainment. With Zoya and Reema's production house flying solo, it'll be a treat for cinephiles.

A social family entertainer, 'Chattriwali' is based on a story of a female unemployed graduate from Karnal, who in desperate need of a job started to work as a condom tester. "Our film is a social family entertainer, which aims at de-stigmatising the use of condoms and we are truly excited that the film has gone on floors," film's director Tejas Deoskar said while speaking about the film.
