Rachel Zegler to voice character of Princess Ellian in 'Spellbound'
Apple Original Films and Skydance Animation's 'Spellbound', is being directed by Vicky Jenson with Lauren Hynek & Elizabeth Martin and Linda Woolverton penning the script. The original score for the film hails from Academy Award-winner Alan Menken, with lyrics by Glenn Slater. Chris Montan serves as executive music producer. John Lasseter, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and David Lipman are producing for Skydance Animation.

Will Smith resigns from Academy to avoid suspension
In a statement, Smith called his actions "shocking, painful and inexcusable" and said that he will accept any additional consequences that the Academy's Board of Governors deems appropriate. "The list of those I have hurt is long and includes Chris, his family, many of my dear friends and loved ones, all those in attendance, and global audiences at home," Smith said. "I betrayed the trust of the Academy. I deprived other nominees and winners of their opportunity to celebrate and be celebrated for their extraordinary work. I am heartbroken."
Ilaiyaraaja wins Best Original Score at Amsterdam International Film Festival
Producer Sir Marco Robinson shared the news on Twitter. He said, "We win best score for our film 'A beautiful breakup' with composer Ilaiyaraaja at the Amsterdam Film Festival. (The) award for Best Original Score. We are so happy!!! It is incredibly beautiful music." The film, which has as many as 30 original sound tracks of Ilaiyaraaja in it, has been bankrolled by a UK-based production house called A5 Natures Movies International and features debutants Krish and Matylda in the lead.
Arjun on 'Ki & Ka': Wearing high heels again and telling the world to champion women
As his film 'Ki & Ka' has clocked six years since its release in Hindi cinema, actor Arjun Kapoor, who was seen playing a house husband in the movie, recreated his 'High Heels'. Arjun says, "Rom-com's have always been my favourite genre and some of my most memorable hits have been films that explored this genre with a very fresh approach. 'Ki & Ka' will always be a special one in this aspect because I got to explore a film that was also making a statement on what gender equality should ideally mean in today's day and age."
Tony Bennett won't perform with Lady Gaga at the Grammys, but will cheer for her
Gaga was announced as a performer this morning; the pair are up for two of the top categories, Record of the Year and Album of the Year, for the song 'I Get a Kick Out of You' and the album it comes from, 'Love for Sale', reports 'Variety'. Danny Bennett,Tony's son and longtime manager, says in a statement ': "Tony is beyond thrilled, particularly at the young age of 95, to once again be recognised along with his musical collaborator and dear friend Lady Gaga by the Recording Academy for their album 'Love for Sale'.

The film begins with Jared Leto sporting his signature beard and long silky black hair parted down the middle- alighting from a helicopter in the mountains of Costa Rica. Hobbling around with a pair of forearm crutches, he enters a cave to capture a flock of bats whose DNA he plans to extract to create a powerful new serum. He is playing Dr Michael Morbius.
