Mouni Roy, set to grace the role of host in 'Temptation Island India,' has shared her intention to draw upon her personal experiences when advising the participating couples on the show. However, she firmly stated that her own personal life will remain off-limits for discussion during the program.
The much-anticipated Indian adaptation of the famous American reality show, 'Temptation Island,' will be presented by the dynamic duo of Karan Kundrra and Mouni Roy. Scheduled for its premiere on November 3, the show will be available for streaming daily at 8 p.m. exclusively on Jio Cinema.
In a candid interview, Mouni Roy offered insight into her role on the show and the challenges it presents. She acknowledged that 'Temptation Island India' centers around the personal lives of the participating couples.
When questioned about whether she would delve into her personal life as well, she clarified, "I will use only my personal experiences while advising the couples. My personal life will not be used. There is a reason it is my personal life. I feel your life experiences help you a lot while advising people."
Expressing her excitement about the show's Indian debut, Mouni shared, "I am very excited for the show. In the US, many seasons have already happened but this is the first time in India. Audience will get to see something new and different. It is a show where there will be a lot of drama and human emotions. I am waiting to see the audience's reaction for the show."
Describing her role, Mouni explained, "I will be advising the couples. Every relation has different issues. I come in at a point when a couple requires my advice. But it will totally depend on them how they take it. It is very difficult to give advice to people. I was very clear I will not hurt anyone. Initially it was difficult for me but now I am getting comfortable with it."
The show's premise revolves around a series of games played by the couples and a group of attractive singles residing in a grand villa, all vying for the coveted trophy and prize money. Viewers can catch the excitement as 'Temptation Island India' unfolds, with episodes available for streaming at 8 p.m. on Jio Cinema every day.
