On Tuesday, Prime Video gave fans a first look at the third season of its hit series The Family Man by releasing an intriguing new poster.
The new promotional visual, featuring lead actor Manoj Bajpayee, was posted across the streaming service's official social media accounts.
"All eyes on our family men. #TheFamilyManOnPrime, New Season, Coming Soon," went the caption with the post.
Directed and conceived by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, the action-packed thriller will reunite the show's core cast—Manoj Bajpayee, Priyamani, Sharib Hashmi, Ashlesha Thakur, and Vedant Sinha—who will be reprising their roles.
Written by Suman Kumar and Raj & DK, the next season will have Bajpayee playing Srikant Tiwari again, defined as a "middle class guy and a world-class spy."
The new chapter will see Srikant go through a national security crisis, while attempting to navigate his unstable home life. The character's continued attempts to mend his deteriorated relationship with wife Suchitra—a role played by Priyamani—will be a key part of the narrative as well.
Whilst Srikant is running against the clock, the stakes get higher as he must outwit a powerful foe and defend his nation and its sovereignty," declares the official blurb for the new series.
Its initial season, which was released on Prime Video late in 2019, received widespread praise for both its acting and narrative. Its subsequent installment, released in 2021 and featuring Samantha Ruth Prabhu in a co-starring role, also found itself highly praised by critics and audiences alike.
