Known for her fitness enthusiasm, actress Mallika Sherawat on Sunday shared a workout video on social media, where she is seen pushing her limits during exercise.Mallika shared the video on Sunday, performing HIIT rope slams in purple and black stylish athleisure wear.
“I love working out in the gym, love the sense of accomplishment that comes with pushing my limits. Btw my gym trainer is ruthless,” she wrote in the caption.
Just a few days earlier, on Friday, Mallika posted close-up photos of herself, emphasizing that looking attractive doesn't require botox or fillers.
She captioned the images: It is possible to look pretty and attractive without Botox and fillers. One’s self-worth and confidence need not to be tied to Botox.”
She further elaborated: “Focussing on overall wellness through diet, exercise, avoiding alcohol and cigarettes etc promotes a healthier and more authentic sense of beauty and self esteem #saynotobotox.”
On the work front, Mallika was last seen in the comedy drama 'RK/RKay', by Rajat Kapoor, which also starred Kubbra Sait, Ranvir Shorey, and Manu Rishi Chadha. Mallika entered Bollywood in 2002 with 'Jeena Sirf Merre Liye' and later garnered more attention with 'Khwahish' and 'Kis Kis Ki Kismat.' In 2004 she created ripples with her bold act in 'Murder.' Other movies of hers are 'Pyaar Ke Side Effects', 'Aap Ka Suroor', and 'Double Dhamaal.' She has also forayed into Hollywood movies, first in 'Hisss' and then 'Politics of Love.' In 2012, she appeared with pop star Bruno Marrs in a parody video.
