Reality TV icon Kim Kardashian is currently flying solo, and her kids are taking matters into their own hands where mommy's love life is concerned. Her kids seem to be split—some think she should date some basketball players, while others think streamers are more up her alley.
During a recent clip from 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,' Kardashian opened up about how her kids were trying to play matchmaker. She shared with host Jimmy Fallon, "It's so funny because my kids try to set me up, like they are ready now. And, I'm not. They're so particular, they come home and make lists. Saint wants me to be with any basketball player or soccer player. And then, some of my kids want me to be with streamers.". They try to sneak in setting me up, and I'm like, 'Guys, this just isn't what I want right now.'
The businesswoman was earlier linked with comedian Pete Davidson and was married to the rapper Kanye West. The couple had four children—North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm—before they finalized their divorce on November 29, 2022, after Kim filed for separation on February 19, 2021.
The marriage was put to a real test by Kanye West's erratic behavior and controversial support for former President Donald Trump in 2016. This had created ripples in the relationship, and Kardashian appealed to the public regarding her ex-husband's bipolar disorder in 2020, asking the public for understanding and just to give them their privacy in dealing with their family matters.
She took to her Instagram at the time, and wrote “I’ve never spoken publicly about how this has affected us at home because I am very protective of our children and Kanye’s right to privacy when it comes to his health”.
“I kindly ask that the media and public give us the compassion and empathy that is needed so that we can get through this”, she added.
