American golfer Keegan Bradley held his nerve throughout the final round to secure the title at the BMW Championship held at Castle Pines.
With this win, Bradley notched his seventh career PGA Tour win and first since going victorious at the 2023 Travelers Championship. It's also his second BMW Championship, the first being in 2018.
The 2025 U.S. Ryder Cup captain, Bradley, held a one-shot lead over Adam Scott from Australia heading into the final round as he was caught after the first hole.
Bradley sealed his win Sunday on the 72nd hole with a bogey, finishing 12-under for a one-stroke victory over Ludvig Åberg, Adam Scott, and Sam Burns.
The victory catapulted Bradley from 50th to 4th in the FedExCup standings and made him just the third player to win a TOUR event after being named Ryder Cup captain.
This story first appeared at cgasite.com, the online magazine of the Colorado Golf Association. Other results at Castle Pines saw defending champion Viktor Hovland finish in a tie for 26th, while favorite Scottie Scheffler ended up in a tie for 33rd. Xander Schauffele finished tied for 5th, according to PGA Tour reports.
This victory also locks Bradley in for all of the Signature Events in 2025, in addition to guaranteeing his place in the Masters.
