Popstar Justin Timberlake was arrested DUI, and spent night before his arraignment in apparent distress unable to sleep.
"He was freaking out and stayed up all night when he was in custody," a source told People.com.
Justin, however, claimed to have had only one drink, added it wasn't part of a wild night out.
"I had one martini, and then I followed my friends home," Timberlake said to the arresting officer, according to the arrest report obtained by the press.
The incident won't affect Timberlake's tour schedule. He will be back to his performances as per the usual schedule.
"It's business as usual for him. The tour is continuing as planned," the source assured.
The singer-songwriter, who has been on a hiatus from his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, is charged with driving while intoxicated, in addition to being booked for running a stop sign and failing to maintain lane discipline.
Timberlake will perform next on June 21 and 22 in Chicago, then July 25 in New York City, and the tour extends into December.
That's according to officials during his arrest when they said Timberlake's "eyes were bloodshot and glassy," according to an arrest report.
