Hollywood star Jennifer Aniston has just spoken out about a pretty cringe-worthy fan encounter — one that occurred when she was utterly naked in a sauna.

Most famous for her iconic role as Rachel Green in the hit 1990s sitcom Friends — with co-stars Courteney Cox, David Schwimmer, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, and the late Matthew Perry — Aniston spoke of being recognised in some of the most surprising circumstances.

Speaking with Travel + Leisure magazine, the 56-year-old shared, “Not surprising, but I’ve been in vulnerable places, like undressed in a steam room, or in a sauna or some sort of a spa either half-covered or completely naked.”

Aside from entertaining fan interactions, Aniston also shared a personal challenge: a long-standing fear of flying. She explained that she has been working on her aerophobia using hypnosis, hoping to release the mental blocks and superstitions surrounding air travel.

I have a terrible fear of flying," she confessed, as quoted by femalefirst.co.uk. "But I've been doing a lot of hypnosis recently, and one of the conditions is to get rid of all of those superstitions. I have not been doing the right hand, right foot—and now it's astonishingly good! Tapping into a good meditation can get you through.

Another travel-related affliction she still struggles with? Over-packing. Aniston admitted she's been attempting to adopt minimalism when packing for travel, but old habits die hard.

"I've been trying so hard to be an under-packer because I am notoriously an over-packer," she said. "You just don't know where you're going to be on a certain day, or what mood you're going to be in."

Anyway, her habit of packing well pays off — for her friends. "My girlfriends love me so much because they can always take everything I forgot—I'm selling a service!" she laughed. "I stick all my T-shirts in and then all of my underwear and bras and socks and workout and they just layer on top, which is huge help to you."
