He will be portraying Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania, known by the call sign 'Patty,' a distinguished member of the Air Dragons unit of fighter pilots within the movie.
Taking to social media on Monday, Hrithik shared the character's first look, introducing Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania, aka Patty, as a dedicated Squadron Pilot of the Air Dragons, affirming his allegiance to being a Fighter Forever.
'Fighter,' directed by Siddharth Anand, renowned for his work on 'War' and 'Bang Bang!,' will trace the journey of Hrithik Roshan's character, Patty, as he rises to become India's most exceptional fighter pilot.
The film marks the first-time pairing of Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone, heightening excitement for their chemistry and individual acting prowess, promising an enthralling cinematic experience.
Produced and presented by Viacom18 Studios in collaboration with Marflix Pictures, 'Fighter' is scheduled to hit cinemas on January 25, 2024, coinciding with India's 75th Republic Day, setting the stage for an impactful cinematic release.
