The rumors regarding the love affair between Bollywood actress Athiya Shetty and Indian cricket team opener KL Rahul are making rounds for a long time now. While the actress has returned to India after a long London vaccay, the cricketer is busy scoring runs for his IPL team in UAE. The much-in-love couple is currently in different countries but their social media PDA sessions are keeping them together.
Recently, after his match, KL Rahul hosted a Q&A session on his Instagram stories, where he asked his admirers to drop some questions for him and Athiya also took part in it. Athiya Shetty was quick to suggest, “You should deffs FaceTime me”. Revealing that the actress did not answer his video call, KL Rahul posted a sad face and captioned it, “Our face when you don't pick up”.
Athiya and Rahul have been said to be together for quite some time now. They often feature in each other’s Instagram posts, engage in flirtatious banter on social media, and go on vacations together. However, they are yet to confirm their relationship.
Earlier this year, Athiya accompanied Rahul to England for the World Test Championship. A source told Hindustan Times that he listed her as his ‘partner’ before leaving.
