Pop star Dua Lipa is now officially engaged to British actor Callum Turner after they entered a happy new phase in their relationship.
The Levitating and Dance The Night singer confirmed the engagement in an interview with Vogue, expressing her eagerness to be with him forever.
"Yeah, we're getting married. It's really exciting. Making that choice to grow old together, to experience a life and just, I don't know, be best friends for the rest of time, it's a really special feeling," Lipa said in the magazine.
The singer who won a Grammy award also shared that Turner asked her out with a custom-made ring. As she explained, he had worked with her best friends and younger sister, Rina Lipa, to design the special piece of jewelry.
Turner, who has appeared in movies such as The Boys in the Boat and Queen & Country, has been dating Lipa since January last year. Their romance escalated to this emotional engagement.
