Dot. to Open for Ed Sheeran at Pune Leg of His +-=÷× Tour in India

British pop icon Ed Sheeran has been spotted in India following Coldplay’s visit. The singer of "Shape of You" is set to embark on a six-city tour across the country as part of his Mathematics Tour. Musician and actor Dot. has been invited to open for the global superstar.

For those unfamiliar, Dot. made her acting debut in Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies, alongside Agastya Nanda, Khushi Kapoor, Suhana Khan, Vedang Raina, Mihir Ahuja, and Yuvraj Menda. She recently performed at Bandland 2024, where her performance was met with great applause.

Ed Sheeran will kick off his tour today, January 30th, at Yash Lawns in Pune. Following that, he'll perform in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad on February 2nd, then head to Chennai’s YMCA Grounds on February 5th. The tour will continue with a performance at Bengaluru’s NICE Grounds on February 8th, and then to JN Stadium in Shillong on February 12th. The tour will conclude at Leisure Valley Grounds in Gurgaon on February 15th.

Ticket prices for the concerts range from ₹3,000 to ₹28,000, depending on the seating category and venue. Tickets can be purchased through BookMyShow.

This marks Ed Sheeran’s second visit to India after his sold-out concert in Mumbai. Fans can expect a setlist featuring his chart-topping hits like "Shape of You", "Photograph", "Thinking Out Loud", "Castle on the Hill", "Perfect Symphony", and more.
