Bollywood actress Ananya Panday is all set to make her next on-screen appearance with Amazon Prime Video’s Gehraiyaan that also starrers Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi in lead. The film's trailer was released today and at the launch, the star cast of the movie had a conversation about the film and shooting.
Amid this conversation, Ananya Panday revealed an incident during the narration of the movie where director Shakun and scriptwriter Ayesha DeVitre thought she had fainted. Remembering the incident, the actress said during the narration she asked Shakun and Ayesha DeVitre if she could go to the bathroom. The actress revealed that once she was in the bathroom, she did not come out for 20 minutes and that made Shakun and Ayesha scared about her fainting.
Ananya said, "When Shakun and Ayesha were narrating the film to me. I actually was like 'Can I just go to the bathroom?' And then, I did not come out for 20 minutes. I think they got scared that I fainted in the bathroom or something. The fact was that I could not believe that this project was even going to come to me. I was just happy to be part of the film."

Backed by Karan Johar, the movie is set to release on Amazon Prime Video on February 11, 2022. Gehraiyaan is a story featuring Deepika, Ananya and Siddhant with Dhairya Karwa, Naseeruddin Shah.
