In a conversation with stylist Kollin Carter, Cardi B shed light on the struggles she encounters due to her body shape, emphasizing that traditional size two clothing isn't tailored for her figure.
Expressing her thoughts on the matter, the 'Bodak Yellow' sensation remarked, "There are so many obstacles against us. For example, this body is not meant for a size two. I’m very hips…, and that’s me." She acknowledged the inherent difficulties of dressing a curvaceous body but applauded herself and Kollin for effortlessly navigating through the fashion realm.
Despite facing numerous setbacks, Cardi B remains unapologetic about her success, stating, "Our door was closed many times… but we’re here because we do it well. I’m not going to be humble about it."
