The much-awaited contestant list of the highly debated reality show 'Bigg Boss' is now out, and fans of the show cannot wait for it to happen. This season has packed a mix of gauntlets- Nia Sharma, Shoaib Ibrahim, Padmini Kolhapure, Sameera Reddy, Surbhi Jyoti, Karan Veer Mehra, Shilpa Shirodkar, and Krishna Shroff, among others.
According to a source that spoke to IANS, here's the officially confirmed contestants for the upcoming season of 'Bigg Boss'. This list carries some popular names like Nia Sharma, Sameera Reddy, Shilpa Shirodkar, and Krishna Shroff, that comes along with the chiseled Shoaib Ibrahim and dashing Karan Veer Mehra.
The existing pool will soon be joined by Padmini Kolhapure, Gashmeer Mahajani, Nyra Banerjee, Surbhi Jyoti, Muskan Bamne, and Alice Kaushik. The mix of such a diverse and dynamic group is sure to bring loads of drama and entertainment to the fans this season.
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan will return as the host for this show.
Comedian-singer Munawar Faruqui won the previous season of this reality show on Colors TV and JioCinema.
The show will be aired on the screens on October 6 on Colors.
On the work front, Nia can be seen in the celebrity cooking show 'Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment'. The show includes other celebrities like Krushna Abhishek, Rahul Vaidya, Karan Kundrra, Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Jannat Zubair Rahmani, Reem Shaikh, Sudesh Lehri, and Kashmera Shah.
She is also playing the character of Nishigandha in the fantasy-thriller-romance 'Suhagan Chudail'.
Shoaib's last screen outing was as a contestant on 'Jhalak Dikkhla Jaa 11'. Sameera last featured in the 2013 Kannada film 'Varadhanayaka', while Shilpa last appeared in the action film 'Guns of Banaras'.
Krishna, who is the young sister of Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff, had earlier exhibited her daredevilry by featuring in the reality show 'Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 14' on Colors TV. Meanwhile, Karan Veer Mehra, who had once broken all the rules on 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 14,' emerged as the winner of the stunt-based reality show.
Gashmeer was recently featured in the web series 'Gunaah'. More than that, he is a second runner-up to 'Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 14'.
Nyra Banerjee was last seen in the web show 'Fuh Se Fantasy 2'. Surbhi was featured in the Punjabi action movie 'Khadari'.
