Former crime journalist Jigna Vora has bid farewell to the competition, marking the third elimination in recent weeks. Preceding her exit, Soniya Bansal and Navid Sole were evicted from the show.
Jigna found herself in the nomination lineup alongside contestants such as Ankita Lokhande, Sunny Arya, Sana Raees Khan, and Anurag Dobhal. Despite the tough competition, she faced false allegations linking her to a journalist's murder, leading to her booking under MCOCA.
Notably, Jigna's biographical memoir, "Behind Bars in Byculla: My Days in Prison," served as the inspiration for the 2023 Netflix series 'Scoop,' featuring Karishma Tanna and directed by Hansal Mehta.
Throughout her time in the competition, Jigna openly shared her victorious journey after being wrongly accused and detailed her experiences behind bars. Her candid discussions with fellow housemates shed light on her resilience and triumph over adversity.
