Actress Ankita Lokhande recently disclosed the reason behind her absence from the funeral of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput in a recent episode of 'Bigg Boss 17'.

Reflecting on her inability to attend Sushant's funeral, Ankita expressed, "I couldn't bring myself to go to his funeral. I just couldn't. I felt I couldn't bear to witness it. I simply couldn't."

In a poignant moment during the episode, when her fellow contestant Munawar Faruqui presented a heartfelt shayari on heartbreak, Ankita acknowledged the sentiment but respectfully requested him to halt as it deeply affected her emotions.

Later, the actress emotionally rendered the song 'Kaun Tujhe' from the movie 'MS Dhoni: The Untold Story,' a film featuring Sushant, as a heartfelt tribute.

Ankita also shared poignant thoughts with Munawar, expressing, "He was such a good person. I rarely say this, that he was, it feels so strange to me. I mean, it's fine now, it's back to normal. Sushant was also a friend of Vicky's, you know, the fact that he's no longer in this world is the worst feeling."
