The controversial video showcases Breen's face seamlessly replaced by Kajol's while the 'My Name Is Khan' actress changes clothes on camera. The manipulated clip cleverly merges Kajol's face into the original footage of Rosie, briefly showcasing the authentic appearance before transitioning. This resurgence sparks debates surrounding the ethical use of AI.
In a similar fashion, Rashmika Mandanna faced a deepfake incident where her likeness was manipulated as a woman entered a lift. Meanwhile, Katrina Kaif's deepfake controversy involved an edited image from 'Tiger 3,' depicting her in a different context, engaging in a fight with altered attire. These incidents emphasize the pressing need for increased awareness and measures to address the potential misuse of deepfake technology.
