Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan’s much awaited film Lal Singh Chaddha is all set to hit the silver screens on the occasion of Baisakhi next year on April 14, 2022.
Written by Atul Kulkarni, the film is the Indian adaptation of Oscar winning film ‘Forrest Gump’ that was written by Eric Roth.
Film also features Kareena Kapoor Khan and is directed by Advait Chandan.
Music producer Pritam composed the music and Amitabh Bhattacharya wrote the lyrics for the film.
Lal Singh Chaddha is presented by Viacom18 Studios.

The film’s release date was announced by the Aamir Khan Productions and Viacom 18 Studios with a brand new poster that captures the chemistry between Aamir and Kareena, who also worked together as a romantic pair in the blockbuster '3 Idiots'.
Shot in over 100 locations across India, the love story spans different time periods of the journey of the protagonists.
