NEET UG 2022: Answer Key released, check out details here

Along with the answer key, NTA has also released the NEET 2022 OMR sheet.  If a candidate finds any discrepancy in the answer key/ recorded response, he/she can raise the objection and challenge it up to 02 September 2022 (upto 11:50 P.M) . In order to raise an objection or challenge the answer key, candidates are required to pay Rs 200 for each answer key challenge (non-refundable). They will also be allowed to submit representation against the OMR grading by paying a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 200 per question challenged.              

The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Wednesday released the official answer key for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for undergraduates (NEET UG 2022). Eligible candidates can download the NEET answer key from the official NEET website — neet.nta.nic.in.

NEET UG 2022: How to check the answer key


Step 1  Visit the official website -  neet.nta.nic.in

Step 2  Now click on the link that reads, 'View and challenge answer key, OMR and response sheet’

Step 3  Enter the required credentials, like application number, password, etc.

Step 4 The NEET UG 2022 answer keys will be displayed on the screen

Step 5 Now if a candidate wishes to raise an objection, they need to select the question number they wish to challenge, select the alternate answer and upload any document as required

Step 6 Pay the fee

Step 7 Download the document, and take a printout for further reference.

The NEET UG 2022 exam was held on July 17, across 3570 centers in 497 cities in India and 14 cities abroad. According to the NTA, a total of 18.72 lakh candidates registered for the exam, out of which 95% of the candidates appeared for the nationwide medical entrance exam.

Once the challenging process gets over, the authority will announce the NEET result date on their official website — neet.nta.nic.in.
