NEET PG 2021: NBE issues Admit Cards | Here's all you need to know

While NEET PG has no age bar, it has several criteria that need to be fulfilled. It is a must to have an MBBS degree from an MCI certified medical Institutions to be eligible for the examination. In the absence of an MBBS degree, a provisional  MBBS Pass Certificate can be used at the time of Admission as well.

NEET Post Graduation 2021 Admit cards have been issued and the examination is scheduled to take place on September 11. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for PG students is being conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) in Medical Sciences. The Admit card can be downloaded from the official website at natboard.edu.in. or nbe.edu.in.

NEET PG is primarily for seeking admission to MD, MS, or Postgraduate Diploma programs in medical colleges. Around 1,50,000+ aspirants apply for the examination every year and the numbers have only been rising. This year the number of applicants has risen to 1.75,063 students. AIIMS, PGIMER, NIMHANS, SCTIMST, and JIPMER are some colleges that are excluded from the list offering courses to NEET PG-qualified students.

It is a single umbrella entrance examination for all PG medical courses like Master of Surgery (MS) Doctor of Medicine (MD) PG Diploma seats.

The examinations will take place at the designated centers in Computer Based Test mode (CBT). All necessary covid guidelines and restrictions will be followed for the same. Students will undergo temperature checks and measures will be taken to isolate candidates with symptoms to a separate lab seating area to attend the exams. It is a must to carry an ID proof along with PAN and Aadhar cards to the center. The restricted item list includes books, bags, Bluetooth, paper notes, paper, NEET year question papers, etc.

How to download Admit cards?

Step 1: Open the official website of NBE at nbe.edu.in or natboard.edu.in.

Step 2: Select the option showing NEET PG 2021

Step 3: Enter the user ID and password provided at the were issued to the examinee at the time registration

Step 4: Download the NEET PG admit card that appears on the display

Step 5: Verify all the details printed on the admit card

Step 6: Take a print copy of the same as it'll be required for the day of examination.

Step 7: Re-check the printed details and contact the authorities in case of discrepancies.
