The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling 2021 schedule for counselling has been released for the IIT and other top-ranking engineering and information technology college admission processes. The detailed schedule is available on the official website at josaa.nic.in. The upcoming JoSAA counselling will be taking care of start-to-end admission process of engineering students who qualify for the Joint Entrance Examination(JEE). The JEE Advanced 2021 results are to be declared on October 15 on the official website at jeeadv.ac.in.
According to the schedule shared, the registration for counselling and choice filling procedure for courses will start from October 16 (10 am) and continue till October 25. The registration process for JoSAA counselling 2021 will require details like contact details, gender, state code of eligibility, and nationality.
The JoSAA counselling process will be held on online mode. A mock seat allotment will be released on October 22 and another mock seat allocation will be released on October 24.
The first seat allotment list will be released on October 27 after the Reconciliation of data, verification and validation of allocated seats. Following the list release, candidates will have to report online to complete the procedure and provide the fees and necessary documents. The following rounds will be held in the same pattern.

The JoSAA counselling 2021 is responsible for managing the admission to 110 institutes including 23 IITs, 31 NITs, IIEST Shibpur, 26 IIITs and 29 Other-Government Funded Technical Institutes (Other-GFTIs).
