The registration process for admissions to undergraduate programmes of Delhi University will begin from August 2. The decision in this regard has been taken by the Delhi University Admission Committee.
Online registrations for the merit-based Undergraduate undergraduate programmes will be beginning from August 2 and the last date to submit the application will be 31st August. However, registration for postgraduate courses, including the DUET, will begin on July 26 and the last date for submitting the application will be August 21.
According to the University, this year's admissions process will be entirely online, including registration and payment of admission fees. All trial-based admissions (sports+ ECA) will be handled online as well. Admissions through these quotas will be entirely based on certificates, as they were last year.
There will be no change in the admission criteria or the fee structure this year and no student will be forced to fill any sort of additional form, considering the current Pandemic situation.
In order to assist the students with the online admissions process, the university intends to launch tutorials and webinars. Computer-based Help Desks in the form of Chat-Bots and emails will also be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to answer candidates' questions. Updates regarding the tutorials and webinars will be posted on the university's website as they become available.
