IndiGo has achieved a momentous milestone, surpassing 2,000 planned flights per day, a significant leap in operational capacity and a first for any airline in the country.
The latest OAG Data for October 2023 places IndiGo among the top 10 airlines globally in terms of both frequency and seat capacity. This recognition further validates the airline's remarkable growth trajectory on domestic and international fronts.
An airline spokesperson highlighted that IndiGo's 2,000+ scheduled daily flights include cargo operations, CAPF, and Army charters. Achieving this figure in just 17 years since its inception in 2006 sets new standards in operational efficiency, reliability, and customer-centricity.
