The latest move by India's market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), against BluSmart co-founders Anmol Singh Jaggi and Puneet Singh Jaggi will have implications for the business of the electric mobility platform, making it difficult for its users.
BluSmart, which has a presence in Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Bengaluru, has suspended its cab services in all three metropolitan areas temporarily.
Therefore, customers attempting to book rides using the BluSmart app are experiencing no available slots, and services will continue to be offline till May 7.
