Mercedes-Benz decided to jumpstart 2021 in style with the launch of its premium line S-Class Maestro edition. The revised S-Class comes with certain enhancements such as better connectivity, exterior colour scheme choices, and upgraded interiors.
Priced at Rs 1.51 crore, the Maestro version costs more than the normal S-Class but justifies its price with the help of added features. The standard S-Class model starts at Rs 1.38 crore and goes up to Rs 1.43 crore (all prices are ex-showroom).
One of the most prominent features in the maestro edition is the latest version of Mercedes Me connection service. This special edition offers Alexa home integration using Mercedes Me connect, Google Home integration, and parking solutions in the navigation system.
Front memory package system, nutbrown leather interior finish, 2 sections panoramic sunroof with switchable transparency, high-gloss brown wood trims in the cabin are some more features that are an intrinsic part of the S-Class brand.
“The S-Class is our flagship model and it remains the benchmark in its segment. With the introduction of the new ‘Maestro Edition’, we further enrich the S-Class with additional luxury features and the latest connected car technology. We are confident the ‘Maestro Edition’ will continue the S-Class’ unmatched popularity among its discerning patrons, reaffirming the flagship’s segment leadership position,” said Martin Schwenk MD, Mercedes-Benz India.
The Maestro version has a 2925cc engine that offers 289 PS of power and 600 Nm of torque. Furthermore, the sedan can clock 0-100 kmph in 6 seconds and can achieve a top speed of 250 kmph.
The Maestro version of the Mercedes refines the entire premium aesthetic of the S-Class and makes it more desirable than ever.
