Mahindra & Mahindra has launched its latest variant for the XUV700 – the AX5 Select (AX5 S), priced at Rs 16.89 lakh onwards (ex-showroom).
The AX5 Select variant comes with a host of premium features such as Skyroof, Dual 26.03cm HD Superscreen, Push-Button Start/Stop, and is a spacious 7-seater. The company said these premium features, usually available in higher models, place the AX5 Select as an attractive option for those who seek luxury at an accessible price point.
Equipped with in-built navigation with native maps and personalized greetings and safety alerts, it is also equipped with Amazon Alexa integration, wireless Android Auto, six speakers with sound staging, speed-sensitive door locks, among other amenities.
“The AX5 Select variant represents an unparalleled blend of luxury, performance, and affordability, making it the perfect choice for the next generation of achievers,” the company stated.
The company has also shown its creativity in coming out with many variants over time, with changing needs from the customer.
Recent additions include the MX variant, which is also available in a 7-seater configuration. The limited Blaze variant, on the other hand, stands out with its unique Blaze Red paint job, dual-tone black exterior detailing, and all-black interior with flaming red accents.
Since its debut in 2022, Mahindra's XUV700 has gained a lot of interest around the world. It sells in South Africa, Australia, Nepal, and New Zealand, among other places, making it a global SUV.
